We publish what has been measured, label what has been modeled, and name what is still under test. Materials are available to qualified counterparties on request.

What we are

A manufacturing business wearing a data center's clothes.

A conventional hyperscale build spends an enormous share of its capital on shell, substation, cooling plant, water infrastructure, and land. Almost all of a photonic build is the machines themselves, and we hold the patents on those machines.

That is the structural fact underneath the economics. It explains why the capital ratio exists rather than merely asserting that it does, and it is why the questions worth asking us are about manufacturing cost at volume rather than about construction.

What settles it

Three claims, all testable.

Match
Leading-edge throughput at 90 to 180 nanometer process geometry. The exact numbers come after testing, and the theory should hold.
At a fraction of the energy
Roughly a tenth of conventional draw at facility scale, from compute drawing less and from the cooling plant not existing.
With no water
Zero cooling water, which removes the constraint that has stopped conventional projects in water-stressed jurisdictions.

All three are settled by the same measurement: energy to solution at equal throughput. That program is running, and it is the reason we are comfortable putting a proof standard on a public page.
